The Owen Sound Attack have announced that they’ve managed to trade winger Keenan Reynolds to the Flint Firebirds in exchange for a mid round draft pick.

To Flint:
– Keenan Reynolds

To Owen Sound:
– 5th Round Pick (2017)

Reynolds has underachieved in his time with the Owen Sound Attack. The native of Ottawa, Ontario was selected in the 4th round by the Attack in the 2013 OHL Priority Selection. Since then, he’s played for parts of two seasons in Owen Sound for the Attack. In 62 OHL games played, the 6’01 205lb centerman/winger has notched 5 points consisting of 2 goals and 3 assists. This season, Reynolds has scored 1 goal for 1 point in 20 appearances for the 7th in conference Attack.

In going to Flint, I believe Reynolds is joining a team that is built much more suitable for Reynolds game. This should end up being a good move for both clubs.

Reynolds is a prospect eligible for the 2016 NHL Entry Draft with 3 years of OHL eligibility remaining following the 2015-2016 campaign.
