Kitchener-RangersThe Kitchener Rangers have announced the signing of Toronto Maple Leafs prospect, Jeremy Bracco.

Bracco, 18, joins the Rangers after de-committing from Boston College following playing 5 games where he registered 3 assists. Boston College is the same school where NHL players such as Matt Lombardi, Brian Boyle, Cam Atkinson and more recently, Johnny Gaudreau, Noah Hanifin and Jack Eichel, showcased their skills before landing in the NHL. Bracco is a prospect of the Toronto Maple Leafs after being selected in the 2nd round, 61st overall by the Leafs in 2015.

Bracco, C/RW, is property of the Rangers by way of the 2013 OHL Priority Selection where he was selected in the 5th round, 84th overall. The 5’9, 173 lbs Freeport, New York native spent last season as a member of the US U-18 National Team Development Program where he finished third in team scoring, registering 30 goals and 64 assists for 94 points in 65 games played.

Bracco will not be available for the Rangers as they travel to Peterborough on Thursday, but the team hopes fans will see their newest acquisition, donning #97, in action Friday in Kitchener when the North Bay Battalion come to town.
