BarrieBarrie Colts General Manager Jason Ford has announced that RW Adrian Carbonara has signed his contract with the Colts.

Carbonara stands 6’2 and weighs in at 190lbs and was Barrie’s 10th round (195th overall) selection in the 2013 OHL Draft. Carbonara, a Mississauga, ON, native spent time last season playing with the Vaughan Kings Midget AAA team where he put up a point per game (6 goals, 4 assists in 10 games) during the regular season and 5 points (1 goal, 4 assists) in 7 games in the playoffs.

Colts GM Jason Ford had this to say for Carbonara, “Adrian is a hard-working two way forward with a physical element and a good skill-set. He came into camp this year knowing what he had to do, and he fulfilled expectations. Adrian is a character kid with a good attitude and comes to the rink willing to work”

Carbonara has dawned #20 for the Colts in 3 games so far this season. He’s yet to put up his first point but it should come soon.
